Magical Messages ✨ 5 ways that can support you in finding gratitude and peace in the present moment:  ☽ Tune into your breath / meditate and return to your body. Practice with 2 min of mediation and slowly work your way up. Practice a minimum of 6 deep breaths to shift your state of mind.  ☽ Journal out any wandering thoughts - brain dump, let it all out! Journal Prompts for Grounding:  How is my heart today? What in my life brings me the most joy and fulfillment?  What do I need to give up, say no to, or let go of to prioritize more inner peace? What is draining my energy lately and causing me stress? What would happen if I stopped worrying about it? ☽ Listen to your body! In order to listen to our intuition, it is important that we practice listening to our bodies. Honor your "yes" and "nos" Honor your hunger cues and intentionally eat! Eat grounding foods like root vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, onions.  ☽ Move your body! Walk, run, dance, do  yoga - release stuck energy / pent up energy. This will help in the process of connecting to self & connecting to intuition. Allows our bodies to focus more on the present once we can release the stresses/ emotions we may be consciously or subconsciously holding on to.  ☽ Go into nature & put the phone away. Our phones can pull our energy in a million different directions. Practice the discipline of just being. Be with nature, be with loved ones, be with the moment you are experiencing right here, right now.
