1. How to stop feeling like an imposter and create your own definition of 'CEO'

from The Business Of Her · host Laura Canham

I think it’s important to kick off by diving deeper into what it means to be a CEO (and also what it doesn’t mean to be a CEO). I’ve worked with hundreds of women in business and they often limit themselves from reaching their true potential because of their perception of ‘success’ and all the comparison that comes with it. They also often play down their goals, aspirations and dreams because they think they’re not good enough or worthy enough. But what if you were just happy with your own version of being a CEO? And content with chasing your dreams in the way you wanted?I used to believe that I could only be successful if I looked a certain way; if I was making a million dollars, had 50k followers on instagram, wore designer clothes and worked 24/7. But after being in business for over 5 years, I've learned that this is all total BS.In this episode you’ll learn that you make the rules and success is determined by YOU. I hope you feel super empowered to step into your CEO power after tuning into this my love. Feel free to reach out to me on Instagram and let me know what your idea of a beautiful #ceolife looks like.Join Laura’s FREE weekly newsletterConnect with Laura:Instagram: @lauracanham_Website: https://www.lauracanham.com TikTok: www.tiktok.com/lauracanham_
