from iCareBetter: Endometriosis Unplugged · host Jandra Mueller DPT, MS

In the very first episode of "iCareBetter: Endo Unplugged," I sit down with Saeid Gholami, MD, founder & CEO of iCareBetter, an innovative platform dedicated to helping patients with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain find compassionate and skilled experts. We start the first episode of this podcast with our stories of how we became involved in endometriosis awareness and about our excitement and goals for this show. ************ Saeid talks about his experience in medical school with a patient presenting with cyclical rectal bleeding and initially feeling limited in his ability to help individuals with suspected endometriosis. With very little resources and lack of adequate providers, he started iCareBetter with the goal of increasing availability and visibility of skilled providers. ************ I describe my journey navigating a diagnosis as an already practicing pelvic floor physical therapist, with few answers despite practicing in the field of women's health. I share my frustration and disappointment but through this I have learned so much. I want to share the knowledge I have gained both as a patient, and as a healthcare provider, in hope others will be able to find the help they deserve. ************ Thank you again for joining us, please share, rate, and review. We hope you join us every week for new episodes! ************ If you or someone you know is impacted by endometriosis, we invite you to join the iCareBetter community and take action today: **Subscribe: Subscribe to "iCareBetter: Endo Unplugged" on your favorite podcast platform to stay updated on the latest episodes, stories, and expert insights. **Share Your Story: Your story matters!
