🔸 We start with a 'problem in the world'. We transitioned quickly into his reaction, and working with it as a part. 🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs): Shoulder tension, griting teeth. frustration It's trying to keep his kids safe, and also to let him love to stay more open. 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: I was rushing, hesitant to go deep.
