from Pink Collar: A True Crime Podcast · host Pink Collar Pod

**Disclaimer for new listeners, our first few episodes are a little rough. We're new to podcasting and it took us a bit to figure it out. We highly recommend listening to some of our later episodes to get a better sense of Pink Collar! Thanks for listening!** What exactly is pink collar crime? The term was actually coined by Dr. Kathleen Daly to describe embezzlement crimes committed by women. We aim to take pink collar crime a step further, focusing on any and all crimes committed by women. In this episode, Rachel starts off with the case of Jill Coit, an infamous Black Widow. Full was married 11 times and committed two murders before she was finally arrested. Nathalie then covers the case of Kelly Cochran, a woman whose heinous crimes don’t necessarily end at the murders of her lover and eventually her husband. We compare the similarities between these two cases and discuss the differences between male and female psychopaths.
