1. Lu Lastra - Youngest Person Ever Selected to SEAL Team 6

In our first episode of the Scar Tissue podcast, Wes Spence interviews Lu Lastra in his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Lu was born in Cuba, raised in Orange County, and entered the SEAL Teams in 1982 where he served for over 30 years. He is the youngest person ever selected to SEAL Team 6, he’s a world record holding sky diving champion, and he was in the Olympic trials for cycling… so you can imagine he’s got some stories to tell!
