1: Mother Who Wrote Book on Grief Arrested For Husbands Murder

Kouri Darden Richins, a Utah-based author known for writing a children's book on grief, was arrested, and charged with the murder of her husband, Eric Richins. The charges include first-degree aggravated murder and three second-degree felony charges related to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, specifically fentanyl. According to the investigation, Kouri allegedly poisoned Eric with fentanyl, and he was found dead with five times the lethal dose of the drug in his system. This arrest comes nearly a year after Eric's death and the subsequent publication of Kouri's book, "Are You With Me?", which was dedicated to her late husband and aimed at helping children cope with the loss of a loved one.
