1. My Indirect Path To Interior Design

In this first episode I share why I decided to start a podcast and where my story starts.   I dive right into my story and the importance of sharing your journey. From private school pressures to undecided career paths, depression, love affairs and a stint on HGTV, I share it all. My story travels the world from Toronto, to Monreal, to Africa, to Spain, to Vancouver, and back again. I did not follow the straight and narrow path to where I am today.   I'm a serial entrepreneur, a passionate woman, and I'm on a mission to help inspire other designers and creative entrepreneurs to go for their dreams. I truly believe that not one of us is made better than the other. I feel that by sharing our stories it brings us closer together, levels the playing field, and lets other women know that they can do it too.   This podcast is going to highlight how to run an interior design business through my own learnings and the expertise of other successful women and entrepreneurs. If you're an Interior Designer, decorator, stager or just a creative entrepreneur you can be who you want to be. There's no formula to success.
