1- My journey into to awakening and trusting.

In this episode I tell you all about my journey, my awakening, and how beginning to trust myself opened up the doors to so much more than I could have expected. How the thoughts in our heads are our own guides communicating with us to guide us, and how you can begin to make those connections with your own experiences, to begin to nurture your own communication with your guides, your higher self, God, or whatever you have put your faith and beliefs in.
