Welcome to the very first episode of The Back to College podcast with Kevin Hansen! I'm super excited to launch on this day because today, August 30th, 2023 is the first day of classes in the new academic year for Augustanian University, which is where I went to college. And that means it's been seven years, seven years since I started college, which may not seem like a lot for some, but for me, I would go back in a heartbeat. I had no idea that I'd be entering the best four years of my life, and that's why I wanted to start this podcast and reconnect with old friends and classmates and just relive the good times that we had. Joining us in the classroom today has been my best friend at Augustana, arrived from the get go, and that's how he owns the number one spot with the first episode, beginning his journey at the same time as me. He graduated one semester early with his English degree and has since changed routes, now working and studying in healthcare. Calling all the way from his country of origin, Norway.
