I do not hold on to what has weighed me down—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry this into the night. Every concern, every pressure, every thought that has stayed with me—I release it now. I do not keep it. I do not revisit it. I let it go. You care for me. So I bring everything to You without hesitation. I do not try to manage what You have asked me to release. I do not hold tightly to what You are ready to carry. Jesus, take every burden from me. Where there has been strain, bring ease. Where there has been heaviness, bring lightness. Where there has been tension, bring calm. I come to You. I receive Your rest—not partially, but fully. I allow my mind to quiet. I allow my body to settle. I allow my heart to rest in You. Jesús, entrego toda carga a Ti—lléname de Tu descanso y Tu paz en este momento. Jesus, entrego todo o peso a Ti—enche-me com o Teu descanso e a Tua paz neste momento. From São Paulo to Nairobi, from Phoenix to Seville, across every place coming to the close of this day, You are present. You are receiving every burden. You are giving rest to Your people. So I release completely. I rest fully. I carry nothing forward. In Your name, Jesus, I am at peace.
