Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
by Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.Alon

Deuteronomy 33:27 (NIV) — When You Feel Alone Tonight, God Is Your Safe Place -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningDeuteronomy 33:27 (NIV) — When You Feel Alone Tonight, God Is Your Safe Place Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Perhaps tonight you have finally reached the quiet, but the quiet has brought some of the thoughts you managed to keep away during the day. Maybe you are tired, perhaps you feel alone, or there is something you simply cannot work out. Before you try to carry it any further, stop for a moment and remember this: you are not holding yourself together tonight. God is holding you. DEUTERONOMY 33:27 (NIV) “The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.” Father, thank You that we can come to You exactly as we are. We don’t need to have everything sorted before we rest. We don’t need to know what tomorrow will bring. Tonight, we place this day into Your hands. Take the conversations we keep replaying, the worries we cannot solve, and the people we love but cannot protect from everything. Hold them, Lord Jesus, and hold us too. Tonight we pray for people and communities across Hungary, Romania, France, the Russian Federation, Israel and Italy. Be near to families, to those who are lonely, to people living with uncertainty, and to anyone who is carrying a burden quietly tonight. Bring peace into homes, wisdom to those making difficult decisions, comfort to those who are grieving, and hope to those who have struggled to see beyond today. Holy Spirit, help us receive the gift of rest. We have done what we could today. What remains can be placed in God’s hands. We can breathe, become still, and trust that the everlasting arms of God are underneath us. Fear will not win, because we are held by the eternal God. Father, watch over us tonight. Give us peaceful sleep, restore our hearts, and meet us again with new mercy when morning comes. Amen. Blessing: Que descanses esta noche en los brazos eternos de Dios y despiertes con nueva esperanza. Que você descanse esta noite nos braços eternos de Deus e acorde com uma nova esperança. Psalm 34:18 (NIV) — When Your Heart Is Hurting, God Is Close to You -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 34:18 (NIV) — When Your Heart Is Hurting, God Is Close to You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is coming towards its close, and perhaps you have made it through today while carrying something quietly inside. You may have smiled, worked, spoken to people and carried on as normal, while your heart was hurting underneath it all. If that is where you are tonight, you don’t have to hide it from Jesus. He already knows, and He is not standing far away. PSALM 34:18 (NIV) “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Father, thank You that when our hearts are hurting, You come close. We don’t need perfect words tonight. We can simply bring You what is real. The disappointment, the loneliness, the grief, the conversation we cannot stop thinking about, or the situation we don’t know how to change. Meet us there, Lord Jesus, and let us know that we are not carrying it alone. This evening we pray for people and communities across Zimbabwe, the Netherlands, India, Ireland, China and Bahrain. Be close to families facing uncertainty, to those who feel alone, and to anyone carrying pain that nobody else can see. Bring comfort where hearts are hurting, wisdom where situations are complicated, and peace where there has been fear or division. Holy Spirit, help us release what we cannot repair tonight. We don’t have to pretend that the pain isn’t there, and we don’t have to understand everything before we can trust God. Help us take one honest breath, place this burden into Jesus’ hands, and receive His nearness. Fear will not win, because God is close to the brokenhearted. Father, hold us through this evening, quiet our hearts, and help us walk towards tomorrow knowing that Jesus has not left us. Amen. Blessing: Que el Señor esté cerca de ti esta noche y consuele tu corazón con su paz. Que o Senhor esteja perto de você esta noite e console o seu coração com a sua paz. Isaiah 40:29 (NIV) — When Your Strength Is Running Out, God Gives You Strength -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningIsaiah 40:29 (NIV) — When Your Strength Is Running Out, God Gives You Strength Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Perhaps the day has caught up with you. The things you were carrying this morning may feel heavier now, and you may be wondering how you are going to keep going. Maybe nobody around you can see how tired you really are. But Jesus sees you, and you don’t have to hide your weariness from Him. Isaiah 40:29 says, “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” Father, thank You that weakness doesn’t disqualify us from Your care. When our energy is low and our confidence has fallen, meet us exactly where we are. Give us enough strength for this moment, and help us not to worry about having enough strength for everything that comes tomorrow. Lord Jesus, at this midday hour we pray for people and communities across Ghana, Brazil, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Korea and Botswana. Strengthen families carrying financial pressure, encourage those facing difficult work or responsibilities, and comfort anyone who feels they have been holding everything together for too long. Give fresh courage to those who quietly wonder whether they can keep going. Holy Spirit, help us slow down and receive rather than constantly trying to produce. We don’t have to prove our strength today. We can admit that we need Jesus. Give us grace for the next conversation, the next task and the next step. Let Your strength meet us in our weakness and renew our hearts. Fear will not win, because our weakness is not the end of our story. Father, carry what we cannot carry, strengthen what has become tired, and help us continue this day with Jesus. Amen. Blessing: Que Dios te dé fuerzas nuevas hoy y sostenga tu corazón en cada paso. Psalm 32:8 (NIV) — When You Don’t Know What to Do, God Will Guide You -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 32:8 (NIV) — When You Don’t Know What to Do, God Will Guide You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Perhaps the day has already presented you with something you didn’t expect. A decision needs to be made, someone needs an answer, or you’re simply not sure what the right thing to do is. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t having too many choices; it’s wondering whether we’re choosing wisely. So before you rush ahead, take a moment and bring the uncertainty to Jesus. Father, thank You that You don’t leave us to find our way alone. Your Word tells us that You will instruct us and teach us in the way we should go. Give us ears to listen and hearts willing to follow. When we are tempted to make decisions simply because we are anxious, slow us down. When we are afraid of making the wrong choice, remind us that we can seek Your wisdom without fear. Lord Jesus, we pray today for people and communities across Kenya, Austria, Canada, Australia, Belgium and Spain. Give wisdom to families making difficult decisions, to leaders carrying responsibility, and to anyone standing at a crossroads. Bring clarity where there is confusion, patience where there is pressure, and peace where people are struggling to know what comes next. Holy Spirit, help us understand that guidance doesn’t always arrive as a complete map. Sometimes You simply show us the next faithful step. So today, help us listen before we react, pray before we decide, and trust You before we try to control the outcome. Fear will not win, because we don’t have to navigate today alone. Father, guide our steps, guard our decisions and keep our hearts close to Jesus. Amen. Lamentations 3:22–23 (NIV) — When Yesterday Was Hard, God Gives You New Mercy Today -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningLamentations 3:22–23 (NIV) — When Yesterday Was Hard, God Gives You New Mercy Today Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. If you have woken up carrying something from yesterday, take a moment before the day begins. Perhaps yesterday was difficult. Perhaps something went wrong, someone disappointed you, or there is something you wish you could change. You may even be wondering how you are going to face another day. But this morning brings something precious: you have not been forgotten by God, and His mercy has not run out. Lamentations 3:22–23 says, “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning.” Father, thank You for this new morning. Thank You that yesterday does not have to decide what today will become. Where our hearts are still carrying yesterday’s weight, help us place it into Your hands. Give us fresh courage, fresh hope and the grace to begin again. Lord Jesus, this morning we pray for people and communities across the United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and Germany. Meet families as they begin their day. Strengthen those facing difficult circumstances, comfort those who woke with heavy hearts, and give wisdom to those who already know that today will bring important decisions. Let people discover that Your mercy reaches them wherever they are. Holy Spirit, help us receive this morning as a gift rather than a burden. We don’t need to know everything that today will bring. We simply need to walk into it with Jesus. Yesterday is in Your hands, today is before us, and our future is not outside Your care. Fear will not win, because God’s mercy is new this morning. Father, walk with us today and help us begin again with Jesus. Amen. Blessing: Que las misericordias de Dios sean nuevas para ti esta mañana y que la paz de Cristo guíe tu día. Psalm 4:8 (NIV) — I Will Lie Down and Sleep in Peace -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 4:8 (NIV) — I Will Lie Down and Sleep in Peace Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is coming to an end, and perhaps there are still things turning over in your mind. Things you wish had gone differently, conversations you keep replaying, or questions you cannot answer tonight. But you don’t have to carry everything into tomorrow. This is a moment to breathe, come close to Jesus, and allow your heart to become still. Psalm 4:8 says, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” Father, tonight we place this day into Your hands. Thank You for carrying us through what we could handle and what we couldn’t. Where our minds are restless, bring peace. Where our hearts are heavy, bring comfort. Where we are holding tightly to things we cannot change, help us release them to You. Lord Jesus, we pray tonight for people and communities across Bahrain, Hungary, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands and Italy. Watch over homes and families. Bring peace to those who are lonely, comfort to those who are grieving, and reassurance to anyone facing tomorrow with uncertainty. Let people know that they are seen by You, even in the quiet moments when nobody else knows what they are carrying. Holy Spirit, help us leave tomorrow where it belongs. We have enough grace for tonight. We don’t need to solve tomorrow before we sleep. So we place our worries, plans, hopes and unanswered questions into the hands of God, trusting that He will meet us again when morning comes. Fear will not win, because we can rest in the care of God. Father, keep watch over us tonight, give us peaceful sleep, and let our hearts rest in Jesus. Amen. Colossians 3:15 (NIV) — Let the Peace of Christ Rule in Your Heart -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningColossians 3:15 (NIV) — Let the Peace of Christ Rule in Your Heart Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is beginning to slow down now, and perhaps you are carrying more home with you than you intended. There may have been difficult conversations, things that didn’t go to plan, or simply the weight of everything you have had to manage. Before you move into your evening, take a moment with Jesus. You don’t have to carry the whole day into the night. Colossians 3:15 says, “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” Father, we bring You the things that have unsettled us today. Where our minds are still racing, quieten us. Where we are replaying conversations, help us release them. Where we are disappointed with ourselves or with circumstances we could not change, remind us that Your grace is still greater. Teach us to let the peace of Christ have the final word. Lord Jesus, this evening we pray for people and communities across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Spain, the Russian Federation and Romania. Bring peace into homes, wisdom to leaders, protection for families, and compassion where people are divided or hurting. Meet those who are carrying burdens we cannot see, and remind them that they are known and loved by You. Holy Spirit, help us to release what belongs in Your hands. We cannot change everything that happened today, but we can choose where we place our trust tonight. So we give You our worries, our unfinished conversations, our disappointments and our hopes for tomorrow. Let Your peace settle our hearts, not because every problem has disappeared, but because Jesus is with us in the middle of them. Fear will not win, because the peace of Christ is greater than the pressure we carry. Father, help us leave this day with open hands and a quiet heart, trusting You with what we cannot fix and thanking You for carrying us this far. Amen. Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) — Do Not Fear, for God Is With You -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningIsaiah 41:10 (NIV) — Do Not Fear, for God Is With You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. It is the middle of the day, and perhaps the morning has taken more out of you than you expected. You may have started with good intentions, but now you are tired, frustrated, or wondering how you are going to keep going. Maybe something has happened that you didn’t expect. Maybe you’re carrying a conversation, a decision, or a worry that has followed you through the morning. Whatever this moment looks like, stop for a moment and remember that God has not left you halfway through the day. Isaiah 41:10 says, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” Father, thank You that Your presence does not depend on how strong we feel. When our confidence is low, You remain faithful. When our thoughts are unsettled, You remain steady. When we feel as though we have reached the end of our strength, You are still beside us. Lord Jesus, at this midday hour we pray for people and communities across Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Israel and Bahrain. Meet people who are carrying pressure at home, at work and within their communities. Bring wisdom to those making difficult decisions, peace to families under strain, comfort to those who are hurting, and courage to those who are wondering how they will get through the rest of this day. May people know that they are seen, remembered and never beyond Your reach. Holy Spirit, help us take one breath and one step at a time. We don’t have to solve everything this afternoon. We don’t have to pretend that everything is fine. We can bring the truth of where we are to Jesus and trust Him to meet us there. Give us fresh strength for the next hour, and then the next, knowing that we do not walk through this day alone. Fear will not win, because God is with us. So, Father, steady our hearts, strengthen our hands and help us keep going with Jesus. Let Your presence become greater in us than the pressure around us. Amen. Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV) — Trust God When You Don’t Know Which Way to Go -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningProverbs 3:5–6 (NIV) — Trust God When You Don’t Know Which Way to Go Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Perhaps the day has already started moving quickly around you. There are things that need your attention, decisions waiting for an answer, and perhaps one situation where you honestly don’t know which way to turn. You may have thought about it from every angle, but still don’t have the clarity you want. This morning, God is not asking you to know everything. He is asking you to trust Him. Proverbs 3:5–6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Father, we bring You the decisions we are carrying today. Where we have been trying to work everything out ourselves, help us to loosen our grip and place those things into Your hands. Give us wisdom to recognise the next step, patience when the answer does not come immediately, and courage to follow You when the path becomes clearer. Lord Jesus, we also pray for people and communities across New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and Rwanda. Meet those who are making important decisions for their families, their work and their communities. Give leaders wisdom, give parents strength, give workers encouragement, and bring hope to anyone who feels uncertain about what comes next. Holy Spirit, keep us from confusing our need for certainty with our need for God. Sometimes we want to see the whole road before we take the first step, but faith often means trusting the One who already knows where the road leads. So today, help us take the next right step with Jesus, without demanding that tomorrow’s answers arrive today. When we don’t know which way to go, remind us that we are not walking alone. We can trust You with what we understand, what we don’t understand, and everything that lies between. Fear will not win, because I can trust God even when I cannot see the whole way ahead. Father, lead us today, and teach us to recognise Your voice as we walk with You. Amen. Blessing: Que Dios te guíe hoy y te dé sabiduría para cada paso que tengas que dar. Psalm 46:1 (NIV) — God Is Our Refuge and Strength When Life Feels Overwhelming -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 46:1 (NIV) — God Is Our Refuge and Strength When Life Feels Overwhelming Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Before the day gets busy, take a moment and breathe. Perhaps you have woken up already thinking about everything waiting for you today. There may be decisions to make, people to care for, bills to deal with, conversations you are not looking forward to, or simply that feeling that there is too much to carry. But before you step into this day, remember that you do not have to face it alone. Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Father, this morning we come to You just as we are. For the person who woke up worried, be their refuge. For the person carrying something they have not been able to tell anyone else, remind them that You already know. And for the person who feels they have very little strength left, meet them with Your strength today. Lord Jesus, we bring before You people and communities across Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, India and Australia. Meet people in their homes, families, workplaces and communities. Bring peace where there is uncertainty, wisdom where decisions are difficult, protection where people feel vulnerable, and hope where hearts have become tired. Let Your presence reach people who may never hear our voices but are known and loved by You. Holy Spirit, help us not to borrow tomorrow’s troubles before today has even begun. Give us grace for this day, strength for this moment and faith for the next step. We do not need to understand everything before we trust You. When fear rises, help us turn towards Jesus. When we feel overwhelmed, remind us where our help comes from. And when we cannot see what lies ahead, help us walk forward knowing that God is already there. Fear will not win, because God is our refuge and strength. Father, cover us today, hold our families, guide our steps and keep our hearts close to Jesus. We begin this day with You, and we trust You with whatever comes. Amen. Blessing: Que Dios sea tu refugio y tu fuerza hoy. Que la paz de Cristo guarde tu corazón. Jude 24 (NIV) — He Is Able to Keep You from Stumbling -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningJude 24 (NIV) — He Is Able to Keep You from Stumbling Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is finished now. Whatever it brought you, whatever went well and whatever didn’t, you don’t have to carry the whole of it into the night. There may still be things you wish you had handled differently, questions you cannot answer yet, or situations you know will still be waiting for you tomorrow. But tonight, we come back to something wonderfully simple: God is able to keep you. Scripture (NIV) “To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy.” — Jude 24 Heavenly Father, thank You that our security does not depend upon our ability to get everything right. You know our weaknesses, our mistakes and the places where we sometimes lose our footing. Yet You do not turn away from us. You are able to keep us. Lord Jesus, as this day closes, help us release the things we cannot change. Where we stumbled today, give us grace to learn without living in condemnation. Where we succeeded, keep us humble and thankful. Where tomorrow feels uncertain, help us trust You without needing to know every detail. Holy Spirit, settle our hearts tonight. Guard our minds from rehearsing every mistake and imagining every possible problem. Give us the quiet confidence that comes from knowing our lives are held by God. We cannot see everything ahead, but You can. We cannot control everything, but You remain faithful. So tonight, we place ourselves, our families, our hopes and our unfinished concerns into Your hands. Fear will not win, because God is able to keep us, and His faithfulness is greater than our weakness. Rest tonight knowing that you are not holding yourself together alone. The God who guided you today, strengthened you through weakness and watched over you is still with you now. Sleep in His care, and rise tomorrow with fresh mercy and fresh hope. Psalm 121:5 (NIV) — The Lord Watches Over You -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 121:5 (NIV) — The Lord Watches Over You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The day is beginning to slow now. Perhaps you are on your way home, finishing work, caring for family, or simply trying to find a quiet moment after everything today has brought. Before you carry the concerns of tonight into tomorrow, pause here for a moment. You have watched over many things today. You have made decisions, answered questions, cared for people and perhaps worried about things you could not control. But there is something you can release now: you do not have to watch over everything yourself. Scripture (NIV) “The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand;” — Psalm 121:5 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your attention does not grow tired and Your care does not switch off when our day becomes difficult. Lord, we bring You the people we love, the situations we cannot resolve and the concerns that have followed us through this day. Help us to remember that You are God and we are not. We can care deeply without believing that everything depends upon us. Lord Jesus, teach us to release what belongs in Your hands. Where we have been anxious, give us peace. Where we have been carrying responsibility that was never ours, help us let it go. Where someone we love needs Your protection, remind us that Your care reaches further than ours ever could. Holy Spirit, quiet our minds as the evening comes. Help us to stop rehearsing conversations, predicting tomorrow and trying to solve problems that cannot be solved tonight. Give us wisdom for what we can do, humility for what we cannot, and faith to leave the rest with God. We have done what we can today. Now we place the unfinished things into Your hands. Fear will not win, because the Lord watches over us and His care does not fail. May the Lord give you peace this evening, guard your heart from unnecessary worry and help you rest in the knowledge that you are never outside His faithful care. 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV) — My Grace Is Sufficient for You -
Send us your feedback — we’re listening2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV) — My Grace Is Sufficient for You Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. It is the middle of the day now. Perhaps the morning has gone well, or perhaps you have already reached the point where you are feeling tired, stretched or simply aware that you cannot do everything you hoped you could. Before you push yourself any further, take a moment with Jesus. You do not have to pretend to be stronger than you are. God already knows where you are tired. He knows what has become heavy. And His response is not disappointment. His grace is enough. Scripture (NIV) “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 Heavenly Father, thank You that You meet us honestly, not expecting us to hide our weakness from You. Lord Jesus, when we feel that we have reached the end of our own strength, help us to stop striving and receive Your grace. There are things today that we cannot control, people we cannot change and responsibilities that may feel bigger than our capacity. Help us to bring them to You rather than carrying them alone. Holy Spirit, remind us that weakness does not make us useless. Teach us to depend upon Christ rather than measuring ourselves by what we can accomplish. Where we are tired, give us grace for the next step. Where we are discouraged, renew our hope. Where we have made mistakes, help us receive Your mercy and begin again. Jesus, we don’t need to prove ourselves to You. We simply come as we are, trusting that Your grace is sufficient and Your power is greater than our weakness. Fear will not win, because Christ’s grace is sufficient, even when our own strength is not. Take a breath today. You don’t have to carry everything. Give what you can to Jesus, receive what you need from Him, and take the next step in His grace. John 12:26 (NIV) — Whoever Serves Me Must Follow Me -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningJohn 12:26 (NIV) — Whoever Serves Me Must Follow Me Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The morning is moving now. The first decisions of the day may already have been made, conversations may be underway, and there may be plenty asking for your attention. In the middle of all that activity, there is a simple question worth bringing before Jesus: Where are You leading me today? Following Jesus isn’t about having every step mapped out before we begin. It is about staying close to Him, listening to His voice and choosing His way, one step at a time. Scripture (NIV) “Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honour the one who serves me.” — John 12:26 Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus, not simply to show us a better way, but to invite us to walk with Him. Lord Jesus, help us follow You today. When our own plans compete for our attention, give us wisdom to recognise what matters. When serving others becomes tiring, remind us that we are walking with You, not carrying everything alone. Teach us to follow Your example in the ordinary places of life — in our homes, our workplaces, our conversations and our decisions. Give us humility when we need to listen, courage when we need to speak and kindness when someone around us is struggling. Holy Spirit, keep our hearts attentive throughout this day. When we are tempted to rush ahead, slow us down. When we are tempted to turn back, strengthen us. And when we see an opportunity to serve, help us recognise it as an opportunity to reflect the heart of Jesus. We don’t need to know every step today. We simply want to stay close to You. Fear will not win, because Jesus walks with us and we can trust Him with the road ahead. May the Lord Jesus guide you today, strengthen you as you follow Him and give you joy in serving others with a willing heart. Isaiah 30:21 (NIV) — This Is the Way; Walk in It -
Send us your feedback — we’re listeningIsaiah 30:21 (NIV) — This Is the Way; Walk in It Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. The new day is beginning. Perhaps you already know what lies ahead, or perhaps there are decisions waiting for you that you haven’t worked out yet. Before the noise of the day begins, let’s take a quiet moment with God. Sometimes we want every answer before we take the first step. But Scripture reminds us that God is not distant from us when the way ahead feels uncertain. He is able to guide us, gently and faithfully, one step at a time. Scripture (NIV) “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’” — Isaiah 30:21 Heavenly Father, thank You that we do not have to face this day without Your guidance. When there are decisions to make, help us listen before we rush. When we are unsure which direction to take, give us patience to wait for Your wisdom rather than being driven by fear. Lord Jesus, teach us to recognise Your voice and trust Your leading. Keep our hearts attentive to You when other voices become loud. If the path changes today, help us not to panic. If we have to pause, help us not to mistake waiting for failure. And if You show us the next step, give us courage to take it. Holy Spirit, give us wisdom for every conversation, every decision and every opportunity that comes our way. Keep us from forcing doors You have not opened and give us faith to walk through the doors You have. Fear will not win, because God is with us and He is faithful to guide our steps. So today, we place the road ahead into Your hands. We may not know everything that is coming, but we know the One who goes before us. Before our thoughts become occupied with schedules, responsibilities and the many demands that may lie ahead, let’s take a moment to become still. One of the greatest gifts Jesus gives us is the assurance that we are deeply loved. We do not begin this day trying to earn His acceptance. We begin already held within His love. Before we think about what we must do today, let’s remember who we belong to. The love of Christ is steady, faithful and unchanged, and today He gently invites us to remain in that love. Scripture (NIV) “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.” — John 15:9 Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us through Your Son, Jesus Christ. When doubts begin to whisper, remind us that we are known, loved and welcomed by Christ. May the Holy Spirit help us remain close to Jesus in our thoughts, our words and our actions. Let the confidence of being loved by You shape the way we speak to others, the choices we make and the hope we carry. Today’s Nations: Zimbabwe • Botswana • Russia • Rwanda • Bahrain • Italy Theme: Peace • Trust • Rest The day is gently coming to its close. Much has happened since this morning, and perhaps there are still questions that remain unanswered or burdens that feel difficult to put down. Yet before we close our eyes tonight, Jesus speaks words that have comforted hearts for generations. He does not ignore our concerns, nor does He dismiss our struggles. Instead, He lovingly invites us to place our trust in Him. Before sleep finds us, let’s quietly bring every care into His faithful hands and rest in the peace that only Christ can give. Scripture (NIV) “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.” — John 14:1 Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unfailing love shown to us through Your Son, Jesus Christ. As this day comes to its peaceful close, help us to release every worry, every disappointment and every unanswered question into Your loving care. When anxious thoughts try to linger, gently remind us of the words of Jesus and fill our hearts with His perfect peace. Thank You that You remain faithful through every season of life and that Your presence never leaves us. May the Holy Spirit quiet our minds, strengthen our faith and help us rest tonight with complete confidence in Christ. As we sleep, let our hearts remain secure in Your promises, knowing that the Saviour who has faithfully walked with us today will also be with us when tomorrow begins. Fear will not win, because Jesus Christ is our peace, and in Him our hearts can rest without fear. Today’s Nations: Netherlands • Ireland • India • Israel • Nigeria • South Korea Theme: Guidance • Security • Peace The evening is beginning to settle around us. The pace of the day is slowing, and there is space to reflect on where we have walked, what we have learned and what still rests upon our hearts. At moments like this it is comforting to remember that we do not find our way through life alone. Jesus describes Himself as the Good Shepherd—the One who knows His people personally, walks before them and never abandons those in His care. Before we think about tomorrow, let’s rest for a moment in the certainty that we are known, loved and safely held by Him. Scripture (NIV) “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.” — John 10:14 Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us Jesus, our Good Shepherd, who faithfully leads us with wisdom, compassion and unfailing love. As this day draws towards its close, help us to rest in the assurance that You know every part of our lives. Thank You that nothing we have faced today has been hidden from Your loving care. When tomorrow feels uncertain, remind us that the Good Shepherd has already gone before us. Teach us to recognise His voice above every distraction and to follow Him with trusting hearts. May the Holy Spirit give us peace for this evening, confidence for tomorrow and joyful assurance that we belong forever to Christ, who lovingly watches over His people. Today’s Nations: Australia • Canada • Brazil • Romania • France • Hungary Theme: Courage • Presence • Peace The middle of the day can sometimes feel heavier than the beginning. The excitement of the morning may have given way to difficult conversations, unexpected changes or quiet moments of uncertainty. If your heart feels unsettled today, pause for a moment. Before Jesus asked His disciples to do anything, He first gave them something to hold on to—His presence. Across the water, in the middle of their fear, came His reassuring voice: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” Those words still bring hope to every anxious heart today. Scripture (NIV) “But Jesus immediately said to them: ‘Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.’” — Matthew 14:27 Heavenly Father, thank You that through Jesus Christ You come near to us in every season of life. When fear begins to whisper, help us to hear the gentle voice of Jesus above every anxious thought. Give us courage when the path ahead seems uncertain and peace when our hearts begin to race. Remind us that Your presence is greater than our fears and Your promises are stronger than our doubts. May the Holy Spirit steady our hearts, strengthen our faith and help us walk through this afternoon with quiet confidence, knowing that Christ is with us wherever this day may lead. Thank You that we never face life’s storms alone because our Saviour faithfully walks beside us. There are conversations to navigate, decisions to make and many voices competing for our attention. In a world filled with opinions and constant noise, it can sometimes be difficult to know which voice to follow. Before the pace of this day carries us any further, let’s pause together. Jesus gently reminds us that lasting confidence is not found in changing circumstances but in remaining close to His Word. His truth does not shift with the times. Today’s Nations: United States • United Kingdom • New Zealand • Singapore • Japan • South Africa Theme: Priority • Trust • Purpose A new morning has quietly begun. Before our minds become filled with today’s plans, responsibilities and unanswered questions, let’s pause together. There is something deeply reassuring about beginning the day with Jesus rather than simply beginning with our to-do list. The Lord gently invites us to place Him first, not because He wishes to burden us, but because He knows that when our hearts are centred on Him, everything else is seen more clearly. Before we take another step into this new day, let’s first seek His presence together. Scripture (NIV) “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” — Matthew 6:33 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of this new day and for the grace that meets us before we have accomplished anything. Help us to seek Your kingdom before our own ambitions, Your wisdom before our own understanding and Your will before our own preferences. As we follow Jesus today, teach us to trust that You already know what we need. Fill our hearts with a quiet confidence that comes from walking closely with Christ. May the Holy Spirit guide every conversation, every decision and every opportunity so that our lives reflect Your goodness and bring hope to those we meet. His strength becomes our strength, His wisdom becomes our guide and His presence becomes our confidence. Before we step into this new day, let’s first remain in the One who faithfully remains with us. Scripture (NIV) “I am the vine; you are the branches. Today’s Nations: Zimbabwe • Botswana • Russia • Rwanda • Bahrain • Italy Theme: Peace • Rest • Security The day is gently coming to an end. The conversations have quietened, the responsibilities have been set down for another day and the evening invites us into rest. Yet for many people, this can also be the time when anxious thoughts begin to surface. Before we allow tomorrow’s concerns to steal tonight’s peace, let’s pause together. The God who faithfully walked with us throughout this day continues to watch over us tonight. We do not rest because everything is perfect; we rest because the Lord is faithful. Scripture (NIV) “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety.” — Psalm 4:8 Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithful presence from the beginning of this day until this quiet evening hour. We place into Your hands everything that has happened today and everything that still lies ahead. Calm every anxious thought, ease every burden and help us release tomorrow into Your loving care. Thank You that our security does not depend upon our own strength but upon Your unchanging faithfulness. As we prepare to sleep, surround us with Your peace, renew our hearts and remind us that nothing can separate us from Your loving presence. May we rest tonight with quiet confidence, knowing that You remain awake, watching over those You love. Fear will not win, because the Lord alone gives His people peace, rest and lasting security.
