If a mechanic does a great job and does it quickly, they get more customers. If a speaker connects with people and inspires them to do more and be more, they can charge more. The list goes on. Here are 4 things you can do to increase your compensation: 1. Practice, practice, practice. 2. Find a mentor that is a prime example of what you want to do and that is willing to teach you. 3. Study your craft. (Read the books; Take the courses) 4. Study the people who have perfected your craft. Ask yourself: - What is my craft? - How do I get better at it? - What are 5 things I can do every day to hone my craft? Do these things, get out there, and make an impact. You will be rewarded.
