While you are at it, it will appear tasteless or bitter, but the medicine has to be taken. As an individual and as a collective humanity we need the medicine of Truth, to come out of the hypnosis that we all are living right now. This meditation series is a commentary on the dialogue between a sage, Ashtavakra and a king, Janaka.
