#1 Training with Kevin

from Comic Jocks & Mental Blocks

So here it is, the first episode in the new block of the podcast. From this week we said we're going to split how we do the pod. Firstly we're we'll have the pod about mental heath, secondly, which is this one, we're going to talk to Kevin and or guests about their own training and how it effects their every day lives. To keep it simple, we said we'd record the first one with just Liam talking to how Kevin feel about starting to train for a powerlifting meet that we're going to set for 12 months down the line. As always we stick to the same format, of the two of us not doing any plan on the episode and just going with the flow, so listen and laugh along to the guys just being themselves... Hosted on Acast.
