Ho-Ming TsuiScripture: Luke 15:1-2, 19:1-10; 7-23–––Mission Principles• Every disciple is sent by Jesus• Every disciple has a unique life mission• We can do it together, by God’s grace!“Ordinary people, Empowered by God, Making a difference, together, Wherever they are”–––The Dinner Strategy of JesusIt is a visible and tangible expression of God’s love and acceptance of people (Luke 15)Jesus had a mission that he gave the disciples at the Last Supper (Luke 22:7-23): “Extend the table”–––Marks of the Dinner Strategy:• Located in a place and time that would allow non-believers to observe our fellowship and feel comfortable to join us• Provide a meal free of charge to communicate a generous gospel• Assure that everyone eats together• Invite the Spirit to guide your conversations (pose an interesting question; offer a word of encouragement; share a gospel truth; etc.)• Offer prayers for healing and favour• Maintain a prevailing atmosphere of Christ in the room of peace, joy, healing, & laughter–––A Part of the Church@Home Roadmap1. Re-purpose our homes as hubs for the ministry and mission2. Re-engage your neighbours
