Welcome to the Banking on Girls podcast - I'm a mother of three, and a financial professional for over 20 years. I've lived on three continents, and met so many incredible women, but recently it's struck me that no matter how accomplished some women may be, they still may not have confidence in their ability to look after their own finances. And these women are not alone. What should we be teaching girls so that they can gain the skills and confidence in their own financial journey? Economic gender inequality is a global issue, but the good news is that early financial education can help build a more equitable economy.
