There was a question from the public that Director Christensen and the CalTrans rep decided to answer. They are not compelled to reply.The question and answer were not especially significant. But, in her reply, E.D. Christensen mentioned that the RTC's attempt to amend a CalTrans project to add auxiliary lanes on the southern stretch of HWY did not make it.
