10-13-21: Leading with a servant's heart

Certainly it means to think of others in your life or organization first. It means sacrificing personal time and even personal gain for the betterment of those around you. But maybe the most important action a good leader can take is to shoulder the blame when something goes wrong. Taking full responsibility will squash dissension and resentment but it also creates good will and teamwork with those around you.
