The Law revealed the problem. Grace revealed the answer. And Jesus fulfilled what we never could. In Galatians 3:19–26, Paul reminds us that the Law was never meant to save us. It exposed our sin, revealed our need for a Savior, and pointed us straight to Christ. The Law showed us our chains. Faith showed us our freedom. Not by works. Not by perfection. Not by trying harder. But through faith in Jesus Christ. The Law was our guardian until Christ came. But now, through faith, we are no longer under that guardian. No longer condemned by our failures. No longer trying to earn what grace has already given. We are children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. The Law had a purpose. The promise had a fulfillment. And salvation has a name. JESUS. Because what the Law could never accomplish on its own… Was fulfilled in Him.
