10/27: The Salvation Army's Rathgeber Center

The Salvation Army is continuing the efforts to open its brand new Rathgeber Center - a place for 230 women and children who are experiencing homelessness to have the safety and support to get back on their feet. Major Lewis Reckline stopped by Inside Austin to talk about the center, the $5 million a year funding challenge the new center will add, and volunteer opportunities for the community to help the Salvation Army help those who need it most across Central Texas.
