Today I want to share a few thoughts about what you can do in the raw, tender moments of trauma and pain. Now I am not offering these suggestions as a one and done or a linear checklist of things that will make it all go away…… These things have worked to help me stay in the present moment to pass through the pain and sorrow so that I don't get stuck and became a tornado of so many emotions that i destroy everything in sight.
