Beraisa 1 is referring to *_chiyuv mamon,_* and only 2 is referring to _chiyuv galus. (Both beraisas are in accordance with Rabbi Avahu)._2. Beraisa 1 discusses a case where the *wooden rung is wormy,* but Beraisa 2 is referring to a solid rung. _(Both beraisas may be in accordance with Rabbi Yochanan)._3.
