I had someone ask me this a while ago. "What would you change about yourself?" After thinking for a few minutes, I decided that there was nothing I would change about myself. That's not to say that I'm conceited or anything. It's just that I have a positive attitude about myself and so should you. Self-acceptance is the topic of this episode and I want us to think about how we could improve our life simply by changing the perspective we have on ourselves.
