We're actually going to talk about one of the most important and most overlooked aspects of running, stability and mobility of the foot and ankles. Not many people work this, but my clients do all the time and I have to say that they rarely have injuries pertaining to balance, even though most of them perform movements that consistently require balance. Tennis, golf, hockey, and even something as simple as walking, require a lot of balance to be performed without the risk of injury and today we're going to talk about how to do all these and more properly.
