This week on Gotham City Limits, Em and I feeling a bit down on these early days of The Animated Series. This episode is totally fine, but we're just waiting for when this show gets a lot better in the coming weeks. Which it will, literally next week, with the Two-Face two-parter lol. But until then, Be A Clown is a totally mid episode with the Joker.
