In this solo episode I share the painful story when I had to break my own heart to leave my best friend and husband, as an act of self love. In many relationship endings, they can be dramatic and there is no other option, as a result of infidelity, betrayal or a cycle of fighting that is beyond repair. In my case, I had been shrinking myself to fit this relationship and trying to keep our love alive. Until one day, someone walked into my life, that changed my lens, helping to magnify the truth of my marriage and my complacency within myself.
