The day before we went into shop at Costco and there was no toilet paper. The manager told me that it would arrive tomorrow but to get in line early because it will all be gone by about 11:30.   Now I have no idea what toilet paper has to do with the corona virus. I mean I can see disinfect the tissues but not toilet paper. Somehow, we've gotten into this crazy frenzy that reminds me of the gas lines in the 70s during the Arab Oil Embargo (is it OK to call it the Arab Oil Embargo or is that xenophobic) there were long lines of people topping off their tanks with just a few gallons of gas that they really did not need and creating this hysteria.   Hey there's a line I should get into it this is what happened in the Soviet Union. People got into lines not even knowing what the line was for but there everyone got into a line not knowing what was being sold.    It took me about 45 minutes to work my way through. I hate to tell you there was almost a fight which was pretty interesting. The people at Costco were great in terms of how they handled it. Apparently, this has been going on for a few weeks and at first, they let people just come in but it became a mob scene. Now they create this long line, a very orderly process that snakes through the store to get your paper and cleaning goods.   It took me about 45 minutes to get through it. Regardless I got my toilet paper I got my tissues.
