#10: Director of Upward Stars Curt Wheeler - Running a High Level AAU program, Mentoring Youth, Life Lessons through Sports

With a background in playing and coaching sports, as well as in education, Curt Wheeler is now the Director of Upward Stars - the AAU (competitive travel basketball) division of Upward Sports.  Curt has been a travel basketball coach for over twenty years, has coached McDonalds All-Americans as well as one current NBA player.  It this episode, we talk about the values that Curt and his program instill in their athletes, and how they are tasked with helping to guide them as they grow and prepare for life on and off the court.  In many ways sports, in this case basketball, are a microcosm of life, and Curt has no shortage of nuggets of wisdom that he shares on the episode that we can all take away and apply to our every day lives.   Thank you for listening to The Constant Quest Podcast with Tine and Taylor.
