10. Growth Questions

"How do you track the growth of my child?" "What growth percentile should my child be in at the age of 5?"  "What factors influence how my my child will grow?" "When should my child be starting puberty?" I get questions like these all day everyday from the concerned parents of the children that I see in clinic, so for this episode, I figured it would be a good time to sit down and go over the answers to some of the most common questions that I receive. Growth is a really interesting but nuanced topic, because there are so many different factors that have an impact on your child's growth. Plus, there are different things to be considering at different ages, so it can feel like there's a lot to track.
