Årets sidste gæst og hvilken en af slagsen ! Henrik har i sommeren 2022 løbet en lille tur på en måneds tid fra Frankrig til Roskilde, i den forbindelse har han skrevet bogen ULTRALØB, LEDELSE OG UDVIKLING som jeg absolut kan anbefale! Jeg synes vi kom rigtig godt rundt omkring den løbetur og alle de ting der spiller ind undervejs, vi talte dog også om "normale" ultraløb, hvor Henrik også har prøvet nogen stykker. Blandt andet har han løbet en rigtig fin tid til 100 km i Viborg hvor han fik en 2 plads, han har ovenikøbet også løbet sin allerførste 100 km helt på egen hånd ! Vi kom også lidt ind på Henriks kommende store udfordring i sommeren 2024 hvor han vil løbe Danmark rundt, i den forbindelse invitere han alle der har lyst til at deltage på en eller flere etaper eller bare dele af en etape.
