10: Hope Doesn't Disappoint with Katy Nichole

One of the newest and fastest growing recording artists on the Christian music scene today, Katy Nichole has reached over 150 million people with her debut single “In Jesus Name,” that first went viral on TikTok. In this episode, Katy shares her childhood struggle with congenital scoliosis. Following a surgery in 2014, Katy experienced excruciating pain for three years that would lead to her severe anxiety and depression. In the midst of her darkness, Katy almost took her life, until she felt God telling her that He wasn’t finished with her yet. Shortly thereafter, Katy had a second surgery to remove the rods and screws that were inserted in her spine during her first surgery, and miraculously emerged painless and, with a straight spine.
