10. Isaac McHale from The Clove Club in London

Isaac McHale is the chef at The Clove Club in London and one of the most successful British chefs of our time. Born in Orkney and growing up in Glasgow, Scotland, McHale started working at the local fishmonger at the age of 14. After working in Sydney and Copenhagen he returned to London to work with legendary chefs Tom Aikens and Brett Graham.
