Dating is a two-fold learning process: learning what- and how to ask for- you need/want and learning what the healthiest partner for you looks like (it may surprise you). When you notice what you tolerate in relationships (i.e. what do you complain to your girlfriends about) see it as an energetic boundary moving forward to open space for more of what you want. It’s much easier to not take it personally when you can hear what people are actually saying without making it about you. Focal Point: This is where you have to focus on what you want- if you had it all your way, does this work for *you*? Learn what your Feminine energy sounds like when she’s feeling unsupported (i.e. “there’s no one like him/he’s rare”, “I’ll make the wrong choice”) and don’t make decisions until she’s calm and supported (meet your own needs more, soothe yourself, etc). You will make the best choices from here. It is ok to put yourself on a timeline. Sometimes it’s easier to hear your intuition when you release the pressure of time.
