This is a very simple and easy 5 min Jivamukti Yoga Meditation in 3 parts. 1. Sit still. 2. Focus on breath. 3. Let go. This meditation may be practiced after any class or at any other time of your day when you need to release anxiety or tension. It can also be practiced after any yoga class and after #9 Breath Meditation. This is the standard Jivamukti meditation. It is simple and accessible to all, everywhere, no matter who. The method is simple and easy to learn by yourself. I made it 5 mins so that it is accessible to all beings, if you feel the need to sit longer, then do so. I hope it brings you a little more inner peace Namaste (all levels, but especially accessible to beginners)
