You won't believe who is the number one state and you also won't believe which states did not make the top ten. Colorado ranked number 10 on the list. In rode to make the list you have to score high in a combination of Incidents, Accidents, Speeding tickets and DUI's. Michigan of all states was named the safest state to drive in. The number 1 state for bad drivers is Ohio. The states that did not make the list include Florida, California and New Jersey. New York didn't make the list either.
