Chris Herning and Ramon Mayo speak to youth leaders and give practical insights on this topic of Racial Injustice while giving action steps from their own student ministries in Chicago. Ramon Mayo is currently the student ministry coordinator for the South Suburban Vineyard Church. He lives in Homewood, IL with his wife Yvette and their 3 kids. Chris Herning and his wife, Brooks, have been doing youth ministry together since 1990; and have been serving at their current church, reaching students on the north side of Chicago and the close suburbs since 1994.  Which makes him a season veteran.  He has mentored a lot of people - Including coaching Ramon.  He and Brooks have two adult daughters, and live in the West Ridge neighborhood of Chicago.
