Retraining as a breathing coach its her mission to educate as many people as she can to help others become aware of something that can help them live an often markedly better life. In this conversation we talk about the difference between breathwork and breathing retraining, why the body benefits from healthy breathing habits and some surprising symptoms that can occur when when they are neglected.
