We celebrate our tenth episode anniversary by finally postulating about sports trends and fads. First we delve into some of the biggest trends of the last couple of decades, and share our experiences with them (15:00). We ruminate on the Tony Hawk-inspired skateboarding boom, a rollerblading culture war, the underrated ultimate frisbee and the newly rebooted XFL. From there we turn to current sports crazes, where we theorize around who's really having the most fun on the padel court, discuss the wide-ranging implications of Esports and the sustainability of Formula One's growing fan base (27:00).
