#10 Timothy Borham: Safeguarding your Intellectual Property

"Solve this riddle…. you can't see or touch me, but I am the most valuable business asset of modern companies…. that's right, I am Intellectual Property." In 1975, 83% of assets comprising the value of the S&P 500 Index were tangible.  As at 2020, that number was down to 10%.  And 90% of the value was now intangible assets such as Intellectual Property.
