10 Years After Being Incarcerated at the Age of 14 - A Conversation With Jamie Silvonek

Jamie Silvonek has been incarcerated since the age of 14. She is now 24 having pled guilty to plotting to kill her mother with her 21 year old boyfriend. She was sentenced to 35 years to Life. She was charged as an adult. The Juvenile Law Center has represented her since her conviction. A petition for commutation has been filed on her behalf to the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons.
