That dream eventually became Omnipresent Ultima, a universe that began as an idea while he was living and working in a music studio with his friend and collaborator, Jonathan Phipps.Over the next decade, Dylan continued developing the story whenever he could, refining characters, expanding the universe, and bringing his vision closer to reality.
