I have a vest for different keys of tambourine like John Popper. Do you see how many different keys? I guess they could, right? I suppose so, yeah.
It's a pitch, so you could adjust that. Right. I don't think they're marketed as like key of tambourine. Right.
It's more just like shrill sound. Shrill sound loud sound. This is a good one for hitting on your hand, and this other one is real good for hitting on your hip. A lady's tambourine.
Yeah, yeah, the lady's tambourine. I am recording. Me too, I've been recording. I got that whole thing.
All that gold, yeah, the tambogold. Great. The tambogold. All right.
As you can see, I am fully locked in. All right. I'm gonna hit the music and play it. Go ahead.
Hey, wait a second. Oh, that music. Yeah, yeah. This week on King of your darkest secrets never stayed buried.
This is 1922. King of the day. Welcome to King of the official Stephen King movie podcast, the official podcast of killing your wife. Yeah, the official podcast of not remembering how the show starts.
Yeah, the official podcast that have just brain deteriorating in head. Why wait to die? Why not get a jump on things? What I could get a rat crawling around in my head.
Around in and around the head. Yeah, yeah. Welcome to King of the day. This is it.
This is the show. This is the show. I am I am Dan. Gekli, are you?
I am Robbie. This week. Well, we're going back in time. Hop in your DeLoreans, folks.
We're not talking about it back to the future. No, we're not. We're going back to the past. We're going further back.
We're going in 1922. 19. Rob, you're acting like a mess over there. No, I'm great.
You're rubbing your eyes. No, I'm just rubbing a little bit of the sleep out of my eyes. Okay. All right.
All right. Do you sleep with? Did you nap with your CPAP? I might need a CPAP.
I honestly, if I don't need one, I want one. You can't hurt. You can't hurt. Like we take multivitamins.
Yeah. I'm eating food. Right. So it's not like I'm not getting vitamins, but.
No, I would love to have just a machine blowing oxygen into my face. Yeah. Free me up to worry about other things. Exactly.
It's like a roomboat for your lungs. Yeah. You really need a CPAP? No, probably not.
I don't know. Do you? What the fuck? Do you or don't you need a CPAP?
I guess I should go to a sleep study. I guess. You gotta be careful with that because anyone can put up an ad that says sleep study participants wanted it. Right.
Like there are plenty of people who just want to observe you sleep and they may even pay you to do it. I mean, do you? Do you know anything about sleep studies? Do they put you in a room and tell you to go to sleep or do they just like hook you up to a machine that you take home and then bring back or something like that?
That's a good question. I'm I don't know. I was going to be like, well, I guess it probably depends on what you're there for, but I'm not a doctor. I'm not a good doctor.
I'm not a good doctor. I'm not the good doctor. Yeah. You ever watched that show?
I've seen bits and pieces here and there. It's a it's a real weird show. Yeah, it seems look, I'm not I'm not particularly tapped into the goings-on of the autistic community, but it seems very insulting. Yeah, it could be.
I don't know. I just feel like Savant shit is always a little. Yeah. I mean, he's a genius because he has autism.
Yeah. I mean, somebody's watching it. It's on season like 15 or something. Yeah.
Who? Do you know anyone? No. No, neither.
Do you know anyone who is cable? I don't. Yes, you do. Who?
You? Yeah, that's right. I have cable. Do you?
Mm, a little bit. Not much. Yeah, just a few channels. They make you get, I just want to watch the baseball game, man.
And maybe get like a whole bunch of other stuff. I don't want it. Like I don't need to be watching 10 hour blocks of impractical jokers followed by two episodes of the Carbonaro effect followed by 10 more hours of impractical jokers. That's the impractical jokers network, right?
The Tenderloin network. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. The Carbonaro effect is it's a real it's a real it's a real thing.
Oh, I know. I have a buddy of mine. I've seen it. It's it's so funny to me.
The whole premise of the show is, okay, he's a magician that's going to pull pranks on people, right? But like ultimately, like he, you know, he'll pour like orange juice from a large container into a very small container and it'll all fit in there or something. And then everybody's like, huh, that's weird. How'd you do that?
And he's like, oh, no, it just does that. Like, that's just the product that we sell. And then they're like, oh, okay. And then it's like, just kidding.
You're on a secret camera show. Yeah. I'm on the just yeah. I was like, oh, okay.
Well, that's cool too. Yeah. I'm good with either outcome. I'll be honest.
I don't know if I've been public about this, but I love magic. And I love the Carbonaro effect. I do. I will watch it anytime it's on, actually.
I like I think pranks are such a great format for for magic. And I do think it's just funny how how happy people are to be like, oh, wow, products do like it's a very American premise for a show that you can just be like, yeah, no, this product does this and we're just like, oh, oh, really? Yeah. Wow.
That sounds cool. That's pretty cool. Yeah. I mean, it's I guess it's good that people aren't like, you know, they're like, which you're a wish.
They're a different kind of dumb. Yeah. That's great. Yeah.
Oh, wow. I want one of those things too. This show should be about the Carbonaro effect. All right.
Well, we were going to talk about 19, 22. Let's talk about it. If it's sort of the Carbonaro effect that we've seen. What are we calling that series?
Carbon. Carbon loading. Right? Yeah.
It's called carbon loading. It's called carbon loading. I gave you so much time. I was like, and what is the series called?
Carbon loading. Yes. No, I didn't do that. No, we were going to talk about 19, 22.
Yeah. Before we can really dig into Michael Carbonaro's body of work. First, we have to talk about another incredible transmogrification that of one Thomas Jane into an old farmer. Talking now.
You're welcome. I like it. Hather. I like it a lot.
Yeah, I did actually kind of like his performance. I thought he was good to the point where I was like, I mean, okay, I think what I have to come to terms with is that I don't know what Thomas Jane looks like. He's watching some movies. Well, I know now, don't I?
But it's like, as soon as I am not looking at him, my brain is like, it just overwrites the file with like a headshot of Aaron Eckhart. Oh, well, yeah. Him and Aaron Eckhart are like, same face guys. Same face guys.
They're the kind of guys that like you don't want to put him in the same movie ever because that's very confusing. Wait, isn't that the guy from before? Nope. Different guy.
You know the work around though, right? No, what's that? Aaron Eckhart, you give him the two face makeup. Oh, yeah.
He'll let him put it on. Well, let him do it. What, are you so busy? Yeah, what's he got going on?
All right. So, yeah, I had big shot. Thank you for doing your own makeup. All right.
That's it. Of course, a reference to thank you for smoking the Aaron Eckhart classic. I like how Thomas Jane doesn't open his mouth. Like he opens his mouth, but he clenches his jaw the entire time.
Like his teeth never separate. Yeah, he's talking like he's got like a hay straw in his mouth or whatever. At all times. At all times.
He never does. No. What would we call the Aaron Eckhart series real quick? I got a couple.
I got a couple. You do? Yeah. Eric Hart.
Eric Hart. No, that's it's just called Eric. Eric Hart too. Hart.
What do you have? Okay. Eckhart to Aaron. Like at two.
And then my other one is Aaron on the side of Eckhart. No, that's pretty good. You just do I Eckhart because he was in that movie, I Frankenstein. Yeah, I think that's cleaner.
People are going to see that and be like, oh shit, I hope they talk about I Frankenstein. Yeah, is this just the I Frankenstein podcast now? We're going to be late to the game. We're going to have happened to us what we did to the other King me.
Somebody else's name, the podcast. I Eckhart and they're like, fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you.
Fuck you. They have a they have what I would describe as an appropriate and measured response to the situation. The difference would be that we only read the Mary Shelley book. Yeah.
I haven't seen that movie. I Frankenstein but from what I understand it is Frankenstein's monster, right? Who survived for hundreds of years. So it's the monster in modern day played by Aaron Eckhart.
And he fights Gargoyles. What? I'm pretty sure he fights Gargoyles. Was he doing that in the interim?
No, I mean, like in this in this lore. Yeah. Was he for the past hundred plus years or whatever? Right.
Also fighting Gargoyles. I don't know. Again, I haven't seen the movie. I just from what I've seen like a trailer and I have another question.
Okay. Yeah. Was he made to fight Gargoyles in the things? No, he was made to throw little girls into the lake.
You know, he's made to look dashing in platform shoes. Yeah. I'll tell you what. Oh, sorry.
Go ahead. No, no, I think all the scars have healed up also. And he looks like. Oh, so now he's handsome.
He's very handsome. He's very handsome. He's a hot monster. Army hammer.
Anyway. I was going to say I saw a picture from an old, there's like a charity baseball game for maybe like the 40s. Okay. And it was like, it was like a celebrity thing, right?
Like maybe, um, it was like comedians versed versus like leading men or something. And yeah, that's exactly what it was. Incredible. And there's a picture of Boris Karloff as Frankenstein batting a ball.
I'm sending it to you. I'm sending it to you now. So you can also see, but you'll notice he's wearing the platform shoes to play baseball. Oh my God.
Somebody just posted this, right? I mean, I retweeted it on maybe that's what it was. Or maybe. Yeah, that's insane.
It's the coolest thing I've ever seen. And he's wearing a blazer like he's fully done. I didn't think that was a worst car. I thought that was like some other hack, but I mean, it could be.
Oh, well, you know what? I don't doubt the person who posted this tweet fella named Steven Jacobs because according to his bio, he is the author of Boris Karloff, more than a monster, the authorized biography. Are you being silly right now? No, you know, I can't riff that well.
I'm not that quick. Well, that's a lot of fun for everybody that attended that baseball game. And how? And it's technically tangential to our subjective discussion because it's about a spooky monster.
And well, as we know, right. Let me see here. No, Jesus Christ. No, well, you definitely took the wind out of it.
In the book I'm working on now, there's a spooky monster. There we go. That's a lot. So we're talking about 1922.
Yeah, that's how we're clam out of here. Jesus Christ. Throwing my past back in my face. My attitudes on sour clam have evolved.
I'm for them, that's. Ladies, if you, you know what? You know what? Yeah.
You know, I was for once trying to be the one that get this train back on the rails a little bit. Yeah. I was going to say 1922, a Netflix original. It is a Netflix original.
Like, like the last King movie that we just watched. That's right. 2017 was a big year for green lighting. King shit.
Isn't that strange? Like these movies came out like a week or so apart and they were like, yeah, we're going to do two Stephen King like somewhat obscure movies, like stories or whatever. Back to back made for Netflix. Like, all right.
Yeah, I don't, I really don't know what the thing came in. I'm done with them. Like, I love that too. Just like the idea of a bunch of business guys being like, I don't know why us releasing two very similar types of movie at the exact same time didn't do well for us.
Right. And especially because like, they're only similar in that they're Stephen King things. Yes. They, if you are coming to 1922 for a horror movie, period, I would say you'll be pretty disappointed.
Yeah, absolutely. It is a touch spooky. It has a spooky moment or two, but I would not say that this is, this is much more of a psychological, I don't know if I would call it thriller. It's, I mean, it's the telltale heart.
It right. It is the telltale heart. So whatever you would categorize that as this is. Gothic horror?
Yeah, American Gothic. Yeah. If you're seeing the thing, you can skip this one. Although I will say, you know, they're kind of, they're in the, in the pose a bit on the poster.
Yeah, a bit or a bit posed like that. So we're, so we mentioned we got Thomas Jane in this thing. Yes. We also got the Enelum Thomas Jane.
King of the Enelum Thomas Jane, start of one of the all time greats. Dumbass. Dreamcatcher. Oh, of course.
Yes. Oh, are we talking about the mess? Well, Dreamcatcher is out there, of course. Dreamcatcher is, I mean, what do they call it?
Ship weasels or whatever? Those things that go up the guys butt? Yeah, something like that. Something like that.
Just I really only remember Jason Lee riding the toilet like a bucking Bronco. He was here. We got Molly Parker, of course. Of course.
Deadheads. That is fans of the TV show, Deadwood. Will know as Miss Almagarit, The Widow. Gennon.
Terrific on that show. She was also in the remake of The Wicker Man from 2006. That's fun too. Which we all refer to as that Molly Parker movie, The Wicker Man.
Yeah, I mean, Dylan Schmid. Yeah, go ahead. Dylan. What do you have to say about Dylan Schmid?
Well, we've seen him before. Is that right? He's actually, he's not a king alum, but he is a hill alum. A hill alum?
A hill alum. He was in the movie Horns. You're kidding. I'm not.
Who is this? This is the kind of research that I do on IMDB. You click on the page and I look through it. Do my best to remember what I've seen.
So it's his credit as Lee Tornow at 13. Is that Daniel Radcliffe's character? Is he a young Daniel Radcliffe? Lee.
Oh, no, no. I think the friend, right? Oh, OK. The bad friend?
Yeah. Yeah, I think so. Yeah, Daniel Radcliffe plays big parish. Yeah, he's a bad friend.
He murders Juneau Temple at a leaf. Sounds about right. Yeah, sounds familiar. Schmid.
Schmidy. Who else? That's bad. Well, Neil McDonough.
Neil McDonough? Those eyes? Yeah, he's one of those guys that has a face that he's in everything. Like, I feel like this guy fucking works.
He does a ton of voice over, I learned. Does he? Yeah. Yeah.
He's on like 20 episodes of Arrow. Yes. He's a bit player in some Marvel movies, I don't know. Yeah, the Captain America ones.
He plays a, what's his name? Dumb, Dumb, Dumb, Donegan, or Duggan or something like that. How does he not have his own Disney plus original series? I mean, that's a guy.
If they, I forget what they call Captain America. It's like crew of, you know, his gang. He has a gang? What just happened?
Oh, I can't hear you or anything. So for the listener, all of Rob's lights just went off and his microphone died. All right, there he is. Am I back?
What the fuck was that? Hold on, let me just check something. Still recording. Oh, good.
Oh, that's good. What did you do? You like shifted your weight and trip the, trip the circuit breaker. Bell.
I have a power strip under my desk. Okay. Hey, you should join a, you should be in that rap group, a tribe called Quest. Oh, yeah.
Yeah. Why? Can you kick it? Yes, you can.
Yes, I did. All right. So Neil McDonough, starring as a boom, boom Johnson from Captain America and his, what's ready? Boom, boom, washing.
Ready, boom, washing. Welcome back, cocky. Oh, my cotter heads out there. The cottery.
That's what you're called. So what is Captain America, first of all, did not know he had a crew, much less named crew. Yeah, yeah, they're, I forget what they're called, but he has like a named crew that he, it's like four or five other people that they pull off missions together. And it definitely feels like they can have their own like animated series at the very least.
They should have them doing like regime change operations. That feels right. Yeah, like secret, uh, Yeah, like basically whatever like John Krasinski and Chris Pratt are doing on their shows. All right.
Just have them doing that. Yeah. Yeah, Bing Bong Wilson pull off. Who went in South America?
Bing Bong Wilson takes out Gaddafi. That could be cool. It's they're doing it for their hired mercenaries for like Coca Cola. Wait, were we talking about the main feed with the doll for a company?
I don't remember. Yeah, Coca Cola is another one. Yeah. The Coca Cola Wars.
Let me tell you, boy, Billy Joel, you did not maybe you knew. Yeah, he knew. That's son of a bitch knew when he did nothing. Yeah, Billy Joel's part of the Illuminati.
The Bill Illuminati. I guess I guess it can also be the Joel Illuminati, but I like the Bill Illuminati. Yeah. And who else is there?
You got Billy Blank, Ty Bo. You're gonna, uh, you're gonna want, uh, you're gonna want, uh, William Defoe there. Billy, um, well, and of course this is not to be confused with, um, Bill Loom, El Nade is, which is just when Billy Joel was spotted eating deep dish pizza at Loom, El Nade is in Chicago. Hey, by the way, if you're enjoying the show and, uh, you want a, uh, you want some bonus episodes in your feed, you can head over to patreon.com slash kingmepod.
Five dollars a month gets you a bi-weekly bonus show about an assortment of genre movies, and we've recently begun doing, uh, King Me Babies, which is our discussion of, uh, films adapted through the Stephen King Dollar Baby program, a bunch of short films, uh, independent films, student films, and, uh, we actually take the time to read the short stories and talk about those, talk about them in comparison to the movies. Yeah, I don't even feel comfortable talking about us reading on this, on this year's. I know we're gonna, uh, torches and pitchforks, right? Torches and pitchforks.
Yeah, so if this is your kind of bullshit, then what you, I'm going to check it out. Yeah, we're way more on topic on the bonus feed. Yeah, we're trying to get to the bottom of shit. Yeah, that shit comes at a premium, baby.
Yeah. You think? That's a Lucy Goosey. You think I like doing this?
No. Just kidding me. Uh, no one's asking me to, almost no one is asking me to. Yeah, I'm asking him to.
So, 1922. The year is 1922. A man. Demands.
He must kill his wife. Go, I'm scoring it. Oh, sorry. Yeah, go ahead.
A man with a cornfield and land to sell. Doesn't want to sell. Doesn't want to move to Omaha. Every Cretan song all the way.
This, uh, I can't, yeah, the, the 60s were the era that the best of Cretan's Clearwater CD came out. Uh, yeah, so what we got here, we got Tom's Jane as Wilf. Wilford James. Yeah, they all call him Wilf.
Yeah. That's like your last name being Schmid. It's very deeply unsatisfying. Right.
And his wife is Arlet. And Arlet comes from, it's her farm, right? She inherited the farm. She married Wilf.
They have a son Henry. Please call me Hank. Please call me Flynn. It's a bit of a Flynn situation.
And, um, what's going on here is Arlet. I mean, it's pretty early on in the movie as she wants to sell 100 acres of the land and take that money and move the family to Omaha. Mm hmm. She wants to open a dress shop.
She wants to open a dress shop. Beautiful garments. Right. And, uh, she doesn't want to be, uh, live on this farm anymore.
She doesn't want to visit, well, she wants to move to a big city like Omaha. Omaha in the 20s. Yeah. Yeah.
Omaha in the 20s. Think Gla, think Gla, think Gla. I got three city blocks over there. Um, and, and Wilf, Wilf is not, he's not into this idea.
He doesn't want to go. So she is basically saying, okay, well then I'm going to give you, I'm going to divorce you. And I'm going to do it anyway. I'm going to sell this land and, and then I'm going to go to Omaha.
So there's a, like Wilf, Thomas Jane is narrating the entire movie. Yeah. So there's like a, uh, framing device where he's in a hotel room writing the story. Right.
What's happening? For who we don't know. We never know. No.
Um, I guess for you and me, the audience. Yeah. For us. Thanks, man.
I never would have known about this otherwise. Uh, and then that's when Thomas Jane starts getting ideas. He says inside of every man, there's another man, a conniving man. So he's basically saying, you know, he gets to thinking and what, what he's thinking about, his bumping off his wife, keeping the farm and keeping his son right where he is.
Wouldn't be that difficult. Ah, it's the twenties. Right. What's that?
Malaney joke where it's just like, uh, so we found a puddle of the suspects blood. Hmm. Gross. Clean it up.
Yeah. Um, he, so he's pretty firm on that, pretty much made up his minds and decides, you know, if he's going to do this, he's going to need a son on board with it because the plan is to, you know, Arlette says pretty plainly like, Henry Hank Flynn is coming with me. Right. City.
So he's like, he's got turn, turn, Hank against her. Yeah. So he's right. And this is like classic, uh, to force parents trying to turn their kids against each other.
I wouldn't say it's classic that. No, it's pretty classic. Okay. Okay.
Where well, first, well, if I say, you know, how she wants to go telling Hank that your mother wants to go to Omaha and she wants to take you with her and, uh, how, you know, I get to see you as a boy. Yeah. It's going to make you a lady. Um, and I want to Hank, Hank's big thing too, is that he, he's sweet on a girl that he goes to school with, uh, Shannon, uh, played by Caitlin Bernard.
Uh, and he's like, I can't move to Omaha. I love Shannon. Oh, oh, oh, mom. Cause he's, you know, he's a boy.
He's, uh, he's in puberty. It's 1922. He's 23. He's hitting puberty.
Yeah. Well, he's, it's 1922. And I think he's like, it's probably 16, right? Yeah, like 50 or 16, which is, you know, he's, it's the fact that he hasn't owned a home already.
It's embarrassing for him. Right. It's embarrassing. What are you doing?
At this point, I mean, even at one point, Thomas, Jamie was like, I don't have any money to get your started. I have no land to give you. Mm. Um, so, uh, so Henry, Henry, Hank Flynn doesn't want to, uh, doesn't want to go to Omaha.
So this now, Thomas James, like, all right, well, there's only one thing we could do. We have to murder your mom. He's like, shit. Yeah.
I guess we do. Yeah. And like after some convincing, but really not too much. Yeah.
He does get him there eventually. Yeah. Um, you know, compressed timeline, I suppose. I suppose, but I don't know.
It all kind of takes, it seems like it takes place over the course of like a month, maybe. It does. Yeah, right? It's like, I think the thing that, like, I feel like Arlette by the time, so.
I'm going to jump ahead a little and establish that she does get murdered. Oh my God. She gets really murdered. Uh, yeah, they murder the fucking hell out of her.
They is very upsetting. Yeah. This is the thing. I feel like the probably first half of this, maybe even first two thirds are real strong.
Right. And I just felt like as it went on, it just kind of like sputtered more and more. Um, I don't know if you agree with that. I, it definitely loses steam by the end of it.
I think, um, I don't know. I guess part of it also was that it wasn't when I was expecting from the movie either. Um, because by the, by the, like. You hate when your expectations are subverted.
Yeah. Well, yeah. I mean, I want to know what I'm going into and then be delivered exactly that place. Um, no, I guess I thought it was going to be maybe a little bit more like a.
Super natural. Mm hmm. Uh, I think that's how the trailer kind of sold it. I would say the movie even like, yeah, it's sort of like, yeah, it was hinting at things like the whole time.
But even so, like, I don't know. Like we talked about it a little bit and I know that you were, by the end of it, you were like, I, this is not my cup of tea. And I didn't think I, I don't think I disliked it as much as you did. You know, the more I sit with it, the more I'm like, I feel like it's close.
The more I'm like, this Wilfberg guys got a lot of good ideas. So he's not so dumb. And my wife has all that farm land. Yeah, she's got all this land in Philadelphia.
She's got these huge tracts of land. Python classic. It's Python. I was like, I was like, I'm knee.
Am I right? It's just nerd shit, dude. It's nerd culture. A lot of people don't get it.
No, people just listen, man, if you don't know who Python is, that's fine. I'm a Python. A Python. And you know, Python, my mouth.
It's not my mouse. But doesn't like, I'm saying, doesn't a fucking Terry Gilliam call it Python? I don't know. When we started Python.
Imagine doing that. Not cool. It was being fucking contrarian. Guys who want to be British are perplexing.
None more perplexing than I've probably brought this up on the show before. No, Terry Gilliam. No, you wish I was going to talk about Terry Gilliam. I do.
Because I'm actually going to bring up Greg Perbs. Perbsy. I've got, you know what? I'm not going to get into it.
I'm not going to reignite my feud with Perbs. Suffice it to say, he says bloody. Oh, yeah, he does. He's one of those guys.
He's one of those fucking, what's his name? Joseph Whedon, aka Joss Whedon. Is he a Brit? Is he a Brit, an Angla file?
Yeah, he says he's got to go with the loo, things like that. Brother. And also I write, you know, I write shows about strong female characters. While also being a piece of shit.
Is that a uniquely British quality? No, it's not. It's something else people deserve to know about Joss Whedon. It's just a Joss Whedon.
It's either Joe or Josh. You can't name yourself Joss. Is Joss, it's a self-applied name? It is, yeah.
That's humiliating. It is, right? Calling yourself something fun, being like, actually I'm Joss. That's so freshman year.
That's really good. Actually, everybody in my old school used to call me Joss. It's frankly, it's very well-jinger. It's very Flynn.
All right, Schrader? Yeah. Hank Schrader. Henry Hank.
Hill. Uncle Hank. Uncle Hank. Uncle Hank.
So, uh, Wilfred convinces Hank that we have to kill your mom. And he's like, well, can you just do it? And he's like, no, I actually need your help. No, I actually need your help.
You have to do it, do it. Yeah, I need your help with this. All right. And then, so, the plan is, they're going to, first Wilfred is going to say, but first he says, okay, we're going to sell the land and we'll move to Omaha.
I can see that you're, you're set on this and there's no change in mind. And I want to keep this family together. Got it. So, Arlette is very excited about this and they have, um, they have a bunch of drinks.
Arlette gets drunk that night. She's real out of pocket, man. Yeah, she is. Um, she, they're talking about a Hank's girlfriend and how, you know, as, you know, just don't, uh, don't have sex with her.
Don't get her knocked up. You know, she, uh, she doesn't use the phrase dip your wick, but that's like the feeling it gives. Yeah, it's pretty, it's pretty close to that. Yeah.
It's like, she does say something about him, like, trenching his pig. Yeah. Yeah. If, uh, if he doesn't know what that girl's nipples, what color that girl's nipples are by, uh, you know, he's sharing her life, or future with, if my son don't know the color of her nipples, he's a slowpoke.
That's what she said. Which in 1922 was one of the worst things that you could be. A slowpoke. Yeah.
I mean, it's America in the twenties. We were in industrious people, not like now. Right. Nobody wants to be made.
