It was a hole in the wall kind of restaurant where the tables are inches from one another. She noticed that the diners next to her were on their first date. We all know how awkward that first date can be. So Cathy offered to purchase them desert. They reconnected when the woman texted Cathy to thank her. She shared how this was her first date after losing her husband four years ago on July 3rd. Cathy shared that her dad passed weeks before on July 3rd. The beautiful exchange and the synchronicities that transpired were profound. They only happened because Cathy was brave enough to be vulnerable.
