100 Belonging Platforms: A space for life at work

Jim Barnett is CEO and Co-founder of Wisq and previously helped start and lead Glint. Wisq is a closed community for people who are part of the same organization that allows them to interact about non-work topics and areas of interest. Built on data that shows that happier poeple performer better at work, Jim's considered view is that people who have a sense of belonging are happier. Each organization being its own complex ecosystem needs to adapt its use of the platform and surrounding practices as it sees fit. The pandemic undercut belonging; Wisq posits it can help reactivate the micro-connections that are the foundations of belonging and the happiness and productivity that flow from it.
