100 - Dave Oxley: Quitting is not an option

Dave started his journey in the Pest Control Industry in 1992 and was fortunate enough to be able to train in the greater Morro Bay, CA area, where he became an Expert on the different types of pests that are in California. Dave and his wife, Terry, started Oxley Pest Control in Bakersfield, California, and have been serving our community with quality pest control service for over 25 years.  Scott, Shannon and Dave discuss the hardships along with the joyous moments that come with owning your own business. Dave explains how difficult it was when he took that leap of faith and how he refused to give up on his dream.
