100 Day Countdown to 2013 with Tami Racaniello!

from Be Happier Today! · host Tina Nies

The 40 Day LoveFest Countdown:100 Days - 100 Ways to LOVE Yourself! Having grown up with weight issues, and poor self-esteem, Tami Racaniello struggled to find herself, and break free of all the negativity that she had been "fed" over the years through criticism from family members & being made fun of by classmates. Just prior to her 40th birthday, Tami realized that the illnesses that many family members suffered from were diet and exercise preventable, and she was heading down that same road. She changed her lifestyle, and worked on developing a positive mindset. Looking into a mirror and seeing the person looking back became a happy experience, enabling her to lose over 100 pounds. Tami holds numerous health and holistic certifications, and is a published writer and speaker on topics of self-empowerment for women and how to easily incorporate better nutrition and exercise into daily life.
