100 Episodes: We're Just Getting Started

100 episodes.  And this time, the interviewer became the interviewed.  For the 100th episode of the Voice of Growth Podcast—and, coincidentally, my birthday—Executive Producer Reganne Fornstrom turned the microphone around and asked me about the ideas, failures, experiences and philosophies behind Voice of Growth.  We talk about the entrepreneurial ventures that worked, the ones that didn't, writing personal checks to make payroll, discovering Stoicism during one of the most difficult chapters of my career, innovation, curiosity, mentorship, flow state, the future of VOG—and why I believe the hard path is often exactly the path we're supposed to take.  But if there's one message underneath the entire conversation, it's this:  Get out there and do it.  Life is short. Business is difficult. Failure is inevitable. In 100 or 200 years, virtually none of us will be remembered.  That isn't depressing.  It's liberating.  Memento mori isn't about death.
