He is the CEO and founder of Readily Random Media and the creator/host of the "1 Big Win Podcast: Moments in Motion to Mastery." We talk about everything from his perfecting his talking, to voiceover, to discovering podcasting. He shares a bit about his previous podcast, how it evolved to what it is now, what the current show is about, and who are these guests he is interviewing. Larry loves building relationships, and this certainly plays a role in his growth. When asked to describe success, he sums it up as happiness. Larry is leaving the corporate world to follow his passion for content creation, course creation, and all things podcast. I asked him what his mindset looks like when he is going after something, and he said, "it looks like a freight train traveling at 100 miles an hour, and I dont care what it is, I am going through."
