#100 Steven Tripp

In this episode I sit with Steven Tripp, co-host of the Ex-Candidates Podcast. Steven also ran in the 2022 federal election when I did and we talked about his experience with One Nation through campaigning and also about the value in having gone through the campaign and learning through the process of conversation. I think another interesting thing that came up in this episode was to do with the lenses that we use as people to try and make sense of our lives and the things that happen throughout it. I had never really heard of the process of past life regression however I think it's an interesting concept especially if you think about things from a buddhist perspective. All that aside, I hope that even if you're not politically minded that you do listen to this episode, irrespective of what your experience was throughout the pandemic it's so important that we can share perspectives, ideas and really challenge each other to grow.
